1. Plug in your car

Some charging stations already have a fixed charging cable, others require you to use your own charging cable.

Once you have correctly plugged in your car, the LED of the charging station lights up blue.

2. Scan your charge card* to start the charging

Hold your charge card in front of the blue LED.

If your card is recognized, the LED will turn green as the charging starts.

During charging, the LED of the charging station will give a pulsating green light. Once fully charged, the LED will give a constant green light.

3. Download the Smappee app

4. Create your Smappee account

5. Select the option "I want to charge my car"

6. Add a payment method to the Smappee app

Go to settings --> Your Wallet --> Credit Cards

7. "Scan and charge"

Go to the "Scan and charge" function via the dashboard on the Smappee app.

From here, scan the QR code on the side of the charging station and you can start charging.

During charging, the LED of the charging station will give a pulsating green light. Once fully charged, the LED will give a constant green light.
