Below you can find the job descriptions of the available vacancies we at LEMAHIEU are looking for:

Mold Technician

At LEMAHIEU, we are using molds (matriță) to produce our parts. These molds are at the core of our business.
As mold technician you are responsible for the right handling and maintenance of this precious tooling.

You will work together in a team of mold technicians to:

  • Inspect the aluminium molds for fatigue or other damages
  • Inspect the correct working of the cooling, vacuum and compressed air
  • Make sure all moving parts are moving correctly and adjust if needed
  • Assure the correct working of the actuators and sensors
  • Install the molds onto the "quick installation" frames
  • Install the inspected molds onto the machine

Expected skills:

  • Degree in mechanics
  • Good knowledge of mechanical components and equipment
  • You are a highly motivated, hands-on and handy person with a great willingness to learn

Electromechanical Technician

At LEMAHIEU, we are using over 40 automated machines to produce the mold shaped parts.
As electromechanical technician, you will support the production teams to reduce machine downtime to a minimum.

You will work together with the other technicians to:

  • Utilize your knowledge in machinery, maintenance, mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, measurement techniques, … to optimize the working of our technical installations (machines, pumps, compressors, etc.)
  • Detect electromechanical faults in technical installations and their components
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and installations
  • Prepare and perform the necessary preventive maintenance tasks to limit mechanical and electronical problems to a minimum

Expected skills:

  • Degree in electro-mechanics
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You are a highly motivated, hands-on and handy person with a great willingness to learn
